Donations made to Committee of Citizens are not tax deductible at this time. We are in the process of applying for Non-Profit status with the Federal Government. If approved, we will notify you. The donation(s) can be deducted on your tax return at that time.


All donations are split between the Rutherford County Chapter and the Committee of Citizens parent organization 40/60.


40% of your donation will fund chapter expenses related to education, outreach, administrative necessities, events, and other activities to further the mission of Committee of Citizens right here in Rutherford County.


60% of your donation will help pay for attorney's fees, court costs, and other larger expenses necessary to enforce constitutional governance in Rutherford County and across the state.
